At A Place To Breathe, we promise to serve victims and survivors of domestic violence to the best of our ability. We provide vital education, practical resources, and Christian-based support for spiritual restoration. We are equally committed to public service, aiming to provide the community with the highest level of education and resources to better understand and support the journey of survivors.
Program Eligibility & Commitments
To maintain the integrity of our organization and ensure we can serve you effectively, all participants must agree to the following standards of our program:
1. Truth and Integrity: As a team, we value honesty and stewardship. Because federal and/or state funds may be used to provide these services, any intentional misrepresentation or omission of facts may result in legal penalties and the immediate termination of all assistance from A Place To Breathe.
2. The Path to Healing: We believe that healing is a partnership. The success of the assistance provided depends on your active participation. You understand that the Organization may request proof of follow-through. Failure to follow recommended safety protocols or appointments may limit the Organization’s ability to provide further assistance.
3. Safety and Liability: While A Place To Breathe provides safety planning, guidance, and spiritual support, the Organization cannot guarantee physical safety or the safety of children. You acknowledge that the Organization has no control over the actions of third party support/referrals.
